The Native Pony Mountain & Moorland Saddle is an excellent general purpose saddle for those people who prefer a slightly straighter GP saddle or have horses and ponies who require one for the correct fit.
Still true to it’s original design, having a flatter seat, supportive knee rolls and a thigh pad, it comes in close contact flock, ideal for flat backed Cobs and Native Breeds and also Tree and panel options to fit suit other breeds of horses.

Pony Club General Purpose Saddle

The Native Pony Saddle Company Pony Club saddle has been designed for all types of general purpose use and provides a secure seat for smaller riders. Suitable for General Purpose, Jumping, Hunting, Endurance or Pony Club events, it comes with a slightly deeper seat and larger knee blocks to give the rider added support, resulting in a secure seat.

Glen Working Hunter Saddle

Our Native Pony Saddle Company Glen Working Hunter Saddle is a traditional Working Hunter saddle which is suitable for showing, hacking , Endurance, Trec and jumping smaller fences in addition to Working Hunter Classes.
With a flatter seat and smaller knee rolls allowing the saddle to sit in close against the horse showing off the shoulder. The saddle comes with a large, close contact flocked panel with a large load bearing surface and a wide gullet as standard but is also available in tree and panel options to suit the Throughbred or Sports Horse.

With a flat seat, a square low cantle, straight cut saddle flaps, the Native Pony Saddle Company Fen Show Saddle, gives a elegant, neat look to the pony or horse and a close contact look and feel.
Still true to it’s original design, the Fen is available in our Rich Dark Brown part suede or full leather . The saddle flaps are cut in order to best show the horses or ponies shoulder.
The Fen showing saddle is available in all widths, Tree and Panel options, whatever shape the horse or pony.

Cobiau Specialist Cob Saddle

The Native Pony Saddle Company Cobiau Cob Showing Saddle was designed for one of our customers for showing her Welsh Section D.
After a trial on the Fen showing saddle Nina felt that she needed more support through the seat and although she liked the straighter flap of the Fen which showed off the horses shoulder beautifully she preferred the feel of the seat on the Glen Working Hunter.
So after a few tweaks the Cobiau ( named by Nina as it is Welsh for Cob) was born.
The saddle has a close contact panel allowing the saddle to sit in close against the horse; with enough panel to give a large weight bearing surface with support for the rider and comfort and concussion for the horse.
The straighter flap shows off the shoulder of a big moving Cob beautifully.
